What are your registration fees?

Our annual registration fees cover insurance and administrative costs, ensuring your child is safely enrolled with Gymnastics Australia, Gymnastics Victoria and Trilogy Gymnastics. Please refer to our Pricing & Fees page for the most up-to-date information, or contact us directly at 0438 107 444 

How do I communicate with coaches or staff?

For general enquiries, please contact us on 0438 107 444 or via email at trilogygymnastics@outlook.com. For specific questions regarding your child's progress, we encourage you to schedule a brief chat with their coach outside of class time to avoid disrupting lessons.

What is your class cancellation policy?

To ensure fairness to all members and coaches, we require 30 days' notice for cancellation of ongoing classes. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for details. t&c's (1).pdf Missed classes due to illness may be eligible for make-up sessions, subject to availability and prior notification.

What is your attendance policy?

Regular attendance is crucial for skill progression and team cohesion. Please inform us if your child will be absent from a class.

What happens if Trilogy Gymnastics cancels a class?

In the rare event that Trilogy Gymnastics needs to cancel a class (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, coach illness, or facility issues), we will notify all affected families as soon as possible via email or SMS. 

What should my child wear to gymnastics class?

Gymnasts should wear comfortable, close-fitting athletic attire that allows for full range of movement. Trilogy Leotards are ideal, but shorts/leggings and Trilogy T-shirt are also acceptable. Long hair must be tied back, and all jewellery removed for safety and bare feet please.

Do you offer trial classes for new gymnasts?

Yes, we understand the importance of finding the right fit. Trilogy Gymnastics offers a come and try day at the start of every term for prospective members. What are the expected standards of behaviour at the club?

Respect is a cornerstone of Trilogy Gymnastics. We expect all gymnasts, parents, and visitors to treat coaches, staff, fellow gymnasts, and club property with respect. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Our full code of conduct is available upon request and is part of our commitment to a positive club culture.
